The accommodation briefly comprises of the following:

• Two bedrooms (Double & Twin)
• Bathroom including bath & shower
• Lounge with dining area equipped with TV, Video, DVD, Radio & CD Player
• Kitchen fully fitted & equipped including washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, integrated oven & hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc.
• Apartment is all electric powered with all electricity included in your rental charge

Outside, the apartment is set in a private yard in which there is reserved parking for one vehicle.  Opposite there is a public park with benches and paths down to the lakeside and to Ullswater Steamers .
